Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Development and Oversight:
    Design and implement a new programmatic offering that delivers dedicated advertising assistance to Amazon's premier Retail vendors.
    Enhance processes, methodologies, and tools to boost vendor engagement and facilitate effective advertising strategies.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consistently elevate the program's value proposition and broaden its impact.
  2. Vendor Engagement and Strategic Guidance:
    Perform comprehensive analyses of both internal and external data to pinpoint vendor challenges and opportunities in advertising.
    Engage with senior stakeholders within vendor organizations to grasp their business goals, marketing strategies, and advertising aspirations.
    Craft customized advertising plans and test-and-learn initiatives in collaboration with vendors, utilizing Amazon Advertising solutions and best practices.
    Conduct regular progress reviews, workshops, and training sessions to enhance vendors' understanding of Amazon Advertising metrics, tools, and strategies.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Build strong relationships and work alongside internal teams, including Amazon Advertising, Retail, and other relevant stakeholders.
    Influence decision-makers and drive consensus on advertising initiatives, vendor prioritization, and resource allocation.
    Serve as a subject matter expert, offering insights and recommendations to support vendor success and promote increased advertising expenditure.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a robust analytical mindset, outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex environments. Experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field is highly desirable, along with a comprehensive understanding of Amazon's ecosystem and vendor relationships.

About the Team:
The Amazon Vendor Services team (AVS) is dedicated to developing programs that significantly enhance vendor performance on Amazon, continually striving to improve its value proposition. One of the new initiatives is the AVS Experts, a team that provides specialized solutions for Amazon Retail vendors facing high-value challenges. This role will focus on expanding the Experts team.

Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in defining and executing program requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- 3+ years of experience in implementing process improvements.
- Experience in stakeholder management, engaging with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Proficiency in building processes, project management, and scheduling.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
