Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development and Oversight:
Design and implement a new programmatic offering that delivers dedicated advertising assistance to Amazon's premier Retail vendors.

Influence decision-makers and drive consensus on advertising initiatives, vendor prioritization, and resource allocation.
Serve as a subject matter expert, offering insights and recommendations to support vendor success and promote increased advertising expenditure.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a robust analytical mindset, outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex environments. Experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field is highly desirable, along with a comprehensive understanding of Amazon's ecosystem and vendor relationships.
About the Team:
The Amazon Vendor Services team (AVS) is dedicated to developing programs that significantly enhance vendor performance on Amazon, continually striving to improve its value proposition. One of the new initiatives is the AVS Experts, a team that provides specialized solutions for Amazon Retail vendors facing high-value challenges. This role will focus on expanding the Experts team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in defining and executing program requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- 3+ years of experience in implementing process improvements.
- Experience in stakeholder management, engaging with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Proficiency in building processes, project management, and scheduling.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
