Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager II to join our team at Merit System Services. As a Program Manager II, you will be responsible for managing complex programs and providing leadership and guidance to staff. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of complex programs and services
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, including training and development
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective program management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address program needs and challenges
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, making recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least one year of experience in program management or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with program evaluation and development
