We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Operations Specialist to join our team at USA Clinics Group.
This role will be responsible for overseeing the inventory of clinical supplies and materials, ensuring adequate stock levels and maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain inventory of clinic supplies, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Receive, inspect, and distribute deliveries of supplies and materials, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Ensure storage areas and supply rooms are neat and orderly, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of clinical and office areas, including disposing of trash and sanitizing surfaces.
- Perform light maintenance tasks and report larger maintenance issues to the Director of Facility Management.
- Support other departments with moving furniture or equipment as needed.
- Support the Development Team in new office opening tasks, with occasional travel out of state.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Associates degree, required. Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- 1-year of experience in a similar role, required.
- Ability to travel to all Clinic locations throughout the city (gas stipend negotiable).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks and equipment is an advantage.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
