At OP Supply-Chain, we are seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive sustainable improvements across all operations and support functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Continuous Improvement and a proven track record of implementing and sustaining process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching team members to identify and eliminate waste
  • Leading cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
  • Developing and implementing data-driven decision making processes
  • Facilitating lean conversion actions and training team members in lean tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum two years of experience in Continuous Improvement
  • Strong understanding of lean principles and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience implementing and sustaining DM, Flow, SW, POU, PULL
  • Hands-on understanding and experience in use and coaching of TPS/Lean Fundamentals
  • Experience leading a Kaizen Promotion Office (KPO)
  • Experience with Project and Change Management tools
