MCoBeauty is on a mission to revolutionize the beauty industry, and we're seeking a talented Supply Chain Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support overall business objectives and drive operational excellence.
  • Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of US supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business needs and customer demands.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance service levels through continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop supply chain staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain management within the CPG industry.
  • Proven track record of leading supply chain transformations and driving operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in supply chain software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
