Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at Gadge USA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery. You will work closely with our Senior Director, Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery of our products and optimize inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchasing: Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensure appropriate approvals and documentation are in place, and coordinate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies.
- Planning: Review warehouse inventory reports and customer demand to forecast optimal production, work closely with the Customer Experience team to adjust forecasts based on changes in customer demand or supply constraints, and analyze usage trends to identify opportunities to improve purchasing quantities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in purchase order management, or related administrative roles.
- Prior work experience using procurement systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess technical skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and complex formula creation.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and forecasting techniques.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
