Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach, coach, and uphold our Core Values
  • Assist in opening the restaurant 1-2 days per week
  • Help close the restaurant 1-2 days per week
  • Recognize and commend team members for their achievements
  • Deliver exceptional service and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Organize and oversee shifts with the serving team
  • Participate in weekly management meetings
  • Collaborate with managers to learn the Manager on Duty (MOD) Training Plan
  • Ensure adherence to sanitation, allergen, and safety regulations
  • Train new and existing employees on customer service best practices
  • Implement policies and procedures in line with company standards
  • Address customer complaints to ensure satisfaction
  • Manage food and supply orders as needed
  • Coordinate the Hospitality Team's schedule
  • Complete sanitation certification during training

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in leadership or customer service roles
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A strong desire to learn all aspects of the restaurant as you advance
  • Availability for full-time work, including weekends and most holidays
