Employment Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with potential weekend rotations.
Compensation: $35-$40 per hour
The Substance Abuse Counselor will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Evaluate clients to identify the severity and nature of their substance use issues.
- Create tailored treatment strategies to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Track client progress and maintain accurate documentation of all services rendered.
- Master's Degree in Social Work or a related discipline.
- Must hold a valid license (LAC, LAMFT, LMSW) to practice in Arizona.
- A minimum of two years of experience in substance abuse counseling.
- Familiarity with addiction science and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
- Understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and community resources.
