Ajilon - Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Ajilon, you will be responsible for addressing member inquiries, questions, and concerns in all areas, including products, tracking numbers, and customer profiles. Your duties will also include verifying customer billing information and shipping addresses, as well as functioning efficiently and productively in a high-volume telephone call center. You will also be responsible for routing escalated calls to the Call Center Supervisor.
