About the Role

The Customer Experience Representative is the face of Southern Tide, providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and make recommendations to customers.
  • Process online product returns and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Senior Customer Experience & Digital Associates on select tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
