Circle K is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and leading by example to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and courteous customer service, resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the training and development of new Customer Service Representatives
- Perform shift supervision, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the store
- Complete all store merchandise build-to's, ensuring accurate and timely inventory management
- Receive and verify vendor deliveries, ensuring accurate and timely receipt of merchandise
