About the Position

The Affiliated Sante Group is seeking a highly skilled Child and Adolescent Crisis Counselor to join our frontline crisis intervention team. As a key member of our team, you will perform assessments, in-home treatment, and crisis intervention, including de-escalation, crisis planning, implementation, and treatment plans with clients in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform environmental and safety assessments upon entry to the community or residential setting where visit is to take place
  • Perform assessments for SI and develop safety plan if necessary
  • Perform assessments of client and diagnostic evaluation if appropriate

Requirements:

  • Candidates must hold current LGPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, or LCPC licensure
  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field of study required
    • Must have a minimum of two (2) years' experience working with children/adolescents/young adults and including evaluation, crisis intervention, family counseling, and/or mobile outreach
    • Must be able to be trained on Electronic Consumer Record software
