Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Prior experience in retail sales is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities as outlined.

Possess the capability to oversee and instruct on the use of equipment, tools, and materials as detailed in the Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Assistant Site Manager (ASM) job descriptions.

Demonstrate the ability to manage and supervise the functions listed in the CSR and ASM job descriptions.

Proficient in using a computer or willing to acquire necessary skills for tasks such as report analysis, inventory management, cash handling, and more.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for banking and corporate meetings are required.

Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and SkillsLeadership and Management
  • Recruit, hire, and train enthusiastic employees to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and manage task assignments to maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized site according to Company standards.
  • Maintain a professional and supportive demeanor with both subordinates and supervisors.
  • Schedule employees in accordance with Company guidelines to enhance customer service and uphold site image.
  • Implement fair management practices during hiring, training, counseling, motivating, and employee separation.
Site Relationships
  • Foster positive and professional relationships with all suppliers.
  • Ensure excellent service and address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Promote and maintain a safe and positive public image within the community.
Training and Development
  • Conduct timely performance evaluations in writing for all employees, providing constructive feedback.
  • Train all employees to meet customer service, site image, and marketing execution standards.
  • Educate employees on safety protocols and promote safety awareness.
Communication
  • Develop effective communication strategies to ensure all employees receive timely information.
  • Establish regular communication meetings with all site employees and the Market Manager.
Organizing and Planning
  • Evaluate and create specific action plans to address site needs and achieve desired objectives.
  • Organize and maintain all site documentation and manuals.
  • Supervise store employees to ensure timely and accurate completion of required reports.
  • Ensure all merchandise is stocked, attractively displayed, and correctly priced.
  • Verify that all necessary employment-related posters and signs are accessible to employees.
Financial Management
  • Analyze daily sales and expenses, taking appropriate actions to maximize sales and profits.
  • Budget and forecast P&L lines while managing merchandise margins effectively.
  • Safeguard and account for all financial transactions.
  • Conduct all necessary financial analyses to optimize sales and net profits.
Working Conditions

Work primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor tasks such as cleaning parking lots and gas pumps.

May experience exposure to cold temperatures while supervising employees in walk-in coolers or freezers.

Occasional noise exposure is expected.

Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining effective management and leadership.
