Position Overview

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you play a crucial role within our leadership team. Your primary responsibility is to assist in driving a profitable operation while fostering authentic connections that enhance customer loyalty, brand appreciation, and community involvement. You will provide real-time feedback and coaching to empower each team member to perform at their best. Collaborating with your leadership team, you will make necessary adjustments to propel the business forward, while also stepping in to assist with tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a role model in creating personalized connections with customers that inspire loyalty and enthusiasm for the brand.
  • Monitor team performance on the sales floor and provide assistance to facilitate connections or sales when needed.
  • Conduct fitting sessions that enhance product knowledge and cultivate a passion for style.
  • Guide team members to maximize each customer interaction by sharing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
  • Ensure the team remains focused on achieving their goals and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Oversee the sales floor, ensuring optimal staffing and placement of team members.
  • Be prepared to step in for other managers as necessary.
  • Organize and execute local events that engage the community and drive additional traffic and sales.

  • Hold a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bring 2 or more years of relevant experience, preferably in specialty retail.

  • Process information accurately and operate store systems proficiently.
  • Are available during peak times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Are tech-savvy and familiar with industry-related digital platforms and resources.
  • Can bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds.
  • Are mobile throughout the store and accessible to customers.
