REQUIREMENTS:
Active Public Trust clearance is mandatory.
Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager.
Minimum of 10 years in IT Project Management, with a focus on agile methodologies.
At least 2 years of specialized experience leading IT DevSecOps initiatives, managing teams of 12 to 14 Agile professionals.
3+ years of experience in business process analysis and change management.
Demonstrated ability to execute agile programs incorporating AI/ML technologies.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is essential.
Experience overseeing large-scale IT programs for Federal clients, particularly in new product development and modernization, is required.
Proven track record in strategizing, planning, and motivating project delivery teams.
Experience in financial management and staffing of IT programs is necessary.
Ability to identify and implement enhancements to achieve program quality and customer satisfaction is required.
Capability to obtain DHS Suitability is essential.
Preferred experience in leading IT programs, managing SLAs, and delivering critical solutions.
Familiarity with PMBOK/PMI best practices for project management is advantageous.
Strong skills in people and project management, collaboration, communication, and leadership are preferred.
Ability to build and maintain client trust and confidence is essential.
Open-mindedness towards innovative solutions and creative methods is encouraged.
Demonstrated integrity, commitment, and accountability are vital.
Focus on smart approaches, results, quality, and client satisfaction is necessary.
Customer-centric, process-oriented, results-driven, and self-motivated individuals are sought.
Experience managing programs at the Department of Homeland Security is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, and team building, are essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and nurture client relationships.
Maintain effective communication and delivery with government contracts and technical representatives.
Support team development while ensuring accountability and removing obstacles to productivity; leverage organizational resources to enhance project capacity; conduct interviews, select, develop, and evaluate team members.
Define and oversee project management processes while championing continuous improvement initiatives to implement best practices.
Facilitate team building and promote empowerment, ensuring full engagement and meaningful contributions from each team member while encouraging a sustainable pace and high-quality outcomes.
Manage project financials and associated contract documentation to ensure healthy project margins, appropriate staff utilization, and accurate invoicing and payments.
Prioritize, lead, and manage project team tasks and assignments.
Evaluate and manage the impacts of project scope changes.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
