Insight Global is seeking a seasoned technical leader with extensive expertise in Electronic Warfare (EW), Radiofrequency (RF), or Cyberspace technologies to support a Department of Defense (DoD) customer.

This role will involve acting as a technical authority for DoD program managers, overseeing and facilitating the transition of advanced science and technology initiatives in RF technology.

Key responsibilities will include a focus on electronic warfare and cyberspace mission areas.


Leadership and Technological Advancement:

  • Oversee comprehensive testing and measurements to guide future design and development strategies.
  • Direct mission analysis and the creation of RF and Software Defined Radio (SDR) reference architectures, ensuring they meet operational requirements.

Operational Support:

  • Stay informed on emerging threats and advancements in RF domains.
  • Formulate and enforce policies, standards, and recommendations for RF force design.

Agile Project Management:

  • Manage project backlogs effectively, ensuring alignment with performance goals.
  • Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning to set SMART objectives, milestones, dependencies, and assess program risks.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, industry partners, and academic institutions, while effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Hourly Rate: $88-$97/hr
Annual Salary: $185,000

  • DAU, DAWIA, or PMP certifications are preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree with 14+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with 12+ years of relevant experience in a STEM field.
  • Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
  • Technical proficiency in one of the following areas: Radiofrequency (RF) design and engineering, electromagnetics, electronic warfare, or cyberspace operations.
  • Experience in leading DoD or Intelligence programs is essential.
