Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulating and executing essential elements of the account growth strategy, including playbook development, sales pipeline creation, and targeted relationship planning.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve significant business outcomes and delivery excellence while ensuring client satisfaction and promptly addressing critical challenges.
  • Fostering collaborative partnerships with client stakeholders, including executives and key decision-makers.
  • Driving the account growth strategy with an emphasis on operational efficiencies.
  • Mentoring Account Management professionals and delivery consultants to cultivate relationships and identify business opportunities.
  • Proactively recognizing new opportunities to meet client needs and spearheading proposal and SOW initiatives while exploring new service offerings from CapTech.
  • Developing Account Management talent and nurturing relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Overseeing Account Management team activities to ensure effective operational processes.
  • Enhancing industry knowledge through research and published insights.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Retail Program Manager position will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • PMP certification is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in account management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build a sales pipeline and enhance client revenue.
  • 8+ years of experience in project or program management, particularly in technology-focused projects/programs.
  • Experience within the retail sector, especially in areas such as consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, hospitality, automotive, and apparel.
  • Consulting experience supporting retail clients.
  • A successful track record in managing large-scale and complex consulting projects.
  • Experience leading teams through technology solution sales cycles.
  • Established relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Adeptness in assessing client needs, identifying gaps, and designing optimal solutions.
  • Creative thinking and a drive for innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
