Key Responsibilities:
The Program Manager for IT Initiatives will oversee client engagements, drive strategic projects, and lead long-term planning efforts while managing cross-functional teams in support of an Intelligence Agency.
Additional Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope and budget, and allocate resources. Coordinate and facilitate project timelines with clients and team members. Act as the primary contact for client communications, providing leadership and mentorship to team members on project execution and client relationship management. Cultivate senior client relationships and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle to foster trust, deliver high-quality results, and promote consulting services. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be adept at engaging with clients, serving as a trusted advisor to senior government officials.
Assist client management and stakeholders in planning for and addressing risks and issues as they arise, ensuring that projects remain on track and within budget.
Formulate and oversee master integration management plans, critical dependency milestone trackers, and dashboards, monitoring key program status updates and issues/risks, and managing action items for complex programs.Qualifications:
ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance with COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI)
Polygraph
Bachelor's degree
SIX (6) or more years of experience in Federal Government project and/or program management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications in program management (e.g., PMP), systems development, change management, and/or financial management.
Proven experience serving the Intelligence Community with extensive program management skills, including the ability to connect technical and business teams and clearly communicate technology concepts to business audiences.
Demonstrated experience leading technology implementations/transformations, particularly with large-scale technology transformation initiatives (i.e., from strategy to execution). Proficiency in IT strategy development, including the ability to create and document business visions, technology strategies, and project roadmaps.
