Job Summary:The role involves recruiting graduate students for programs within the College of Business (CoB). This includes developing a corporate network, ensuring effective communication with prospective students, and actively engaging in recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with College of Business recruiting staff and program advisors to market and promote graduate programs to various stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate communication with prospects from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Continuously update knowledge of programs to ensure accurate information dissemination.
- Establish and nurture a network of corporate contacts.
- Manage prospect data and maintain student information using CRM systems.
- Monitor reports related to graduate recruitment and admissions.
- Contribute to effective communication strategies to inform potential students and their influencers.
- Participate in all graduate recruitment activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Master's degree in business or a related field from an AACSB accredited institution, along with two years of professional experience in:
- Account Management
- Business Development
- Consultative Sales
- Two years of experience in relationship sales or key account customer service.
- Strong interest in higher education, particularly in graduate business education.
- A specialized master's degree in a business discipline from an AACSB accredited institution.
- Five years of experience in higher education student recruitment or equivalent experience in advising or professional sales.
- Familiarity with master's programs and experience in graduate education from an AACSB accredited institution.
- Understanding of the student recruitment process and university databases.
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with potential students and corporate partners.
- Ability to source prospective students through various channels.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of higher education and student affairs issues.
