Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team at KLA. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and repair services to our customers in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, analyze, and diagnose technical problems with our equipment
  • Repair and modify equipment at customer facilities
  • Provide guidance and technical assistance to other engineers as needed
  • Conduct customer orientation training on all aspects of equipment user applications
  • Prepare and document reports on support activity to customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent work experience, as well as strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities. Preferred qualifications include an Electrical Engineering or Electro-mechanical degree.
