- Monitor Performance and Improve Efficiency: Analyze production performance against standards and budget, implementing corrective actions to optimize results.
- Manage Resources and Budget: Effectively utilize our workforce and minimize costs while maintaining Best Work Practices.
- Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams: Foster a culture of excellence, coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
- Equipment Maintenance and Management: Ensure our equipment and machinery are well-maintained, efficient, and cost-effective.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates on production status to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of print production leadership experience, with offset sheetfed experience required.
- Technical Knowledge: Good technical understanding of offset sheetfed printing, die cutting, and laminating operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Experience implementing and developing Continuous Improvement Practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
- Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with hourly employees and first-line supervisors.
- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in PC-based systems and software.
We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $140,000, plus excellent health care, 401k match, profit sharing, and relocation package.
