We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Medical Officer to join our team at Physician Empire in Eastern Connecticut. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Board Certified Internist to practice medicine in a dynamic and patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality medical care to patients in an outpatient setting
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 per year, based on experience, plus incentive compensation tied to productivity and quality measures. Our benefits package includes:
