About the Role

The Senior Solutions Consultant, AI, is Fieldguide's primary AI solution lead with customers and prospects in all markets. Our customers are some of the nation's top enterprise CPA firms, and our product will be rapidly adopted by practitioners and have lasting impacts on their growing organizations.

As a Fieldguide AI expert, you will facilitate product demonstrations, convey our value proposition, and advise customers on industry best practices. This role offers the opportunity to not only work on individual client projects but also to contribute to the development of standardized processes and methodologies for future AI Solutions endeavors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to comprehend their existing workflows, challenges, and objectives. Cultivate a deep understanding of their audit processes and pain points.
  2. AI Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities where Fieldguide's AI capabilities can be implemented to enhance the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of audit workflows. Propose and demo AI solutions to address specific practitioner needs in support of CS expansion opportunities.
  3. Prompt Engineering: Develop and engineer AI-driven prompts aimed at streamlining practitioner workflows.
  4. AI Action Review: Collaborate with clients to review and fine-tune AI Actions, ensuring alignment with their requirements and expectations. Gather feedback and iterate on AI Actions as needed to enhance performance and usability.
  5. Training and Rollout: Lead the coordination of training sessions for clients to familiarize them with AI actions and their functionalities. Oversee the seamless rollout of AI solutions within client organizations, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
  6. Performance Measurement: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of AI actions on client workflows. Monitor and analyze performance data to assess the success of AI implementations and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Process Standardization: Develop and document standardized processes and best practices for AI solution deployment and client engagement. Create a repository of reusable resources and methodologies that can be leveraged by future AI Solutions teams.
About You
  1. Deep industry knowledge and at least 4+ years of experience in audit and advisory services at a public accounting firm are a must.
  2. Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and automation, with at least 4+ years of experience with AI vertical SaaS solutions.
  3. Proven experience in consulting, project management, or a related field, with a focus on technology-driven solutions.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex client requirements into practical AI solutions.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
  7. Experience in developing and delivering training sessions or workshops is a plus.
  8. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is desirable.
  9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
