About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Flexco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the Rocky Mountain Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Flexco with a professional and knowledgeable attitude, promoting our products and services to heavy-duty industries.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet ambitious sales and service goals, identifying and designing value-added solutions for customers.
  • Manage a network of distributors in the assigned territory, providing training and support to ensure their success.
  • Conduct in-person end-user calls to maintain contact, provide support, and demonstrate products.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close business on new and existing accounts, meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of successful outside industrial selling experience with a proven track record.
  • Ability to work independently 90% of the time, with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Comfortable delivering presentations and end-user/distributor training.
