About the Role

Columbia Hospitality is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Residential Services to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our residential communities, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of General Managers and other support staff to ensure the successful operation of our residential communities.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in residential property management, with a proven track record of success in leadership and business development.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
