Sales Center Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Center Representative to join our team at Renewal by Andersen. As a Sales Center Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to homeowners who have expressed interest in replacing their windows or doors, as well as taking inbound calls to convert leads into appointments.
Key Responsibilities:- Convert inbound and outbound phone calls into appointments
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Participate in team meetings, 1:1 meetings, and ongoing training as assigned by a leader within the National Inside Sales Center
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle for travel to and from the office
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Guaranteed base pay of $16/hour
- Uncapped performance-based incentive plan paid out monthly
- Opportunity to earn up to $25/hour (base pay + incentives)
