Learning and Development Manager

The Manager of Learning and Development will oversee the day-to-day management and operations of North Central Health Care's Organizational Learning program. This role is responsible for ensuring a ready workforce through onboarding, orientation, structured learning plans, and planning for future needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning solutions to meet critical talent needs
- Manage and supervise a team of training professionals
- Oversee the development and delivery of education programs and services
- Ensure alignment, efficiency, and consistent education practice across the organization
- Conduct needs assessments and implement learning solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Behaviors Sciences, Education, Business or related field
- 4-5 years prior relevant experience in adult education, including content and program development, and people management
- Effective oral and written communication skills & organizational skills
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range $78,000 - 90,000 annually
