Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative plays a vital role within the sales division, focusing on generating new business opportunities to drive success.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-level outbound discovery calls to prospects matching the Ideal Client Profile
- Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint key players
- Collaborate on email campaigns with Director of Sales and Director of Marketing
- Qualify leads generated from marketing initiatives as sales opportunities
- Initiate contact with potential clients through targeted cold calls and emails
- Arrange meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives
- Track and record activity and ensure data is accurately entered and managed within the CRM
- Utilize sales tools effectively to deliver comprehensive information to prospective clients
- Ensure all actions are in alignment with overarching sales strategies
- Work efficiently under pressure, meeting tight time constraints
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to constant improvement and a drive to meet both short- and long-term goals
- College degree in business, sales, marketing or 2 years equivalent work experience
- Experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and any other standard software related to Sales & Marketing
- Willingness to learn about our products and services
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and high energy level
- Comfort in cold-calling and speaking to prospective clients
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation
