COMPENSATION RANGE: The base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $60,000, complemented by bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

ROLE OF RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST: In the capacity of a Recruitment Specialist, you will be instrumental in facilitating our hiring initiatives by providing essential support to the recruitment team throughout the hiring process. Your responsibilities will encompass part-time recruitment efforts, ensuring a smooth candidate journey, managing administrative duties, and assisting both recruiters and hiring managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
  • Maintain communication with candidates during the recruitment process, addressing inquiries and providing updates on their application status.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Perform phone, video, and in-person interviews as required for various positions.
  • Advertise job openings on job boards, the company website, and other relevant platforms.
  • Source potential candidates through various online channels, including social media and professional networks.
  • Keep accurate and current candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in preparing recruitment materials, such as job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation forms.
  • Facilitate pre-employment background checks.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the recruitment team, including data entry and document management.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance recruitment processes and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • ESSENTIAL: A Bachelor's degree.
  • ESSENTIAL: Prior experience in sales and customer service.
  • ESSENTIAL: Exceptional communication skills; must be personable, enthusiastic, and approachable.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.
  • Proactive and resourceful, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
