Position OverviewThe Enrollment Services Specialist is responsible for managing a designated geographic area as part of our recruitment initiatives.
This role involves traveling within the assigned region to identify and engage prospective students, schools, and potential markets for growth.
The Specialist will employ exceptional customer service, relationship management, presentation, and analytical skills to effectively recruit students and provide valuable insights to management regarding market trends.
In this position, you will deliver comprehensive information about the student experience and guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process.
This role requires frequent travel and may involve additional hours during peak recruitment seasons.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience in admissions, customer service, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in analyzing academic credentials and market data.
- Ability to operate a personal computer and deliver presentations.
- Must possess strong writing skills and maintain confidentiality.
