Job Summary

The Account Coordinator, Walmart will be responsible for specific job functions and responsibilities associated with Grocery/Drug account activity that includes sales reporting, SKU management, and field service communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides customer service and administrative support to the Director and Senior Vice President in the management of account operations.
  • Works with the account management team and support departments to assist in the creation of presentations and sales analysis.
  • Primary liaison with field managers to provide merchandising and marketing plans, customer information, and general support.
  • Utilize retailer software systems to produce weekly and ad hoc sales and stock level information. Submit pricing information to customers and input pricing/SKU information in the distribution system.
  • Responsible for tracking and monitoring inbound and outbound shipments, gathering field promotional orders, and tracking and validating placement reports.
  • Provide administrative/account support as needed.
  • Proactively manage a list of tasks, open issues list, and scheduling.
  • Must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage the needs of the field merchandising and account management team.
  • Monitor and log all customer service issues.
  • Desire to advance and grow within the company.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general educational development (GED) diploma or certificate required.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong to advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is preferred.
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects/requests.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – in-person, phone, email, presentations, etc. Fast learner, team player, and aggressive problem solver.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to speak with all levels of the organization and outside partners.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Must be proficient in basic mathematics: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to problem solve and improve existing processes in written, oral, or diagram form.
Salary and Benefits

$21.00/hour - $23.00/hour
