Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at TVG-Medulla, LLC. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly close responsibilities, including journal entries, variance analysis, account reconciliations, and management inquiries.
  • Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules, and coordinate fixed asset tracking with Purchasing and IT teams.
  • Identify, propose, and implement process improvements/accounting changes to simplify or streamline the process and ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and review financial statements by location/department.
  • Prepare and file Sales and Use Tax returns and Excise Tax returns.
  • Assist in the year-end audit.
  • Ad hoc reporting as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Three or more years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of US GAAP.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA
  • Experience with Sage Intacct.
