Young Lions Program Coordinator

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Young Lions Program Coordinator. As a key member of our department, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of strategies to grow and improve programs within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries related to the Leo Club Program and young Lions membership programs.
- Support the manager and specialists with the implementation of department strategies, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
- Oversee the processing of department grants, scholarships, and reimbursement programs, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Liaise with the Member Service Center and the ISAME Secretariat to oversee the Leo Club chartering and other Leo reporting processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Liaise with Mail Services to ensure best practices are followed and troubleshoot shipping issues, minimizing delays and ensuring timely delivery.
- Process Leo club maintenance requests, including sponsorship transfers, name changes, type changes, track changes, reinstatements, and cancellations, as well as material requests, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
- Oversee the Leo club officer and district/multiple district Leo chairperson appointments, ensuring smooth transitions and effective leadership.
- Serve as the Lawson and Print Shop gatekeeper, ensuring secure and efficient access to critical resources.
- Manage program awards, recognizing and celebrating outstanding achievements and contributions.
- Support the administration of appointing volunteers' leadership positions by verifying membership status and history and preparing necessary onboarding and off-boarding materials, ensuring seamless transitions and effective leadership.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of three to five years of experience in a responsible administrative/customer service role.
- Experience supporting multi-cultural field-based teams and working with youth programs preferred.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple administrative functions independently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
