About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to join our team at Promote Project as an Account Executive, Biopharma, North Central. This field sales-based position is responsible for developing and executing a territory sales plan to drive business growth and revenue expansion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the biopharma industry and have a proven track record of success in sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets and business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key thought leaders and decision-makers in the biopharma industry.
  • Provide technical expertise and consultative services to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure timely and effective sales tracking.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to effectively compete in the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as biology, molecular biology, or biochemistry.
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the life sciences industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of next-generation sequencing and biopharma industry trends.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute a sales strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's or PhD degree in a related field.
  • Strong desire to win business and establish long-term customer relationships.
