Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a great compensation package, we also provide a comprehensive benefits plan that includes:

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automotive Sales and Service Professional to join our team at Smart Honda of Des Moines. This role will involve:

  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Selling and servicing vehicles to meet sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in automotive sales and service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ability to learn new systems quickly
