About the Role

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers, maintaining a neat and organized sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and Assisting Customers: Welcome and assist customers in locating merchandise, answering questions, and providing solutions to their needs.
  • Merchandising and Display Maintenance: Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment.
  • Ringing Up Sales and Bagging Merchandise: Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process.
  • Performing Other Tasks as Assigned: Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager to support the team and achieve store goals.
