Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team at TruBlue Home Service Ally. As a lead technician, you will be responsible for providing premium handyman services to our customers, while also leading a team of technicians and ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide general home services to customers, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting
* Lead a team of technicians and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their jobs
* Conduct home assessments and develop maintenance plans to help customers maintain the safety and value of their homes
* Collaborate with the office team to coordinate scheduling and customer communication

Requirements
* 10 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work
* Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and train a team
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
