We are seeking a skilled Cash Management and Electronic Banking Professional to join our team at Partners Bank. As a key member of our Digital Banking Department, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining new Cash Management services, providing technical support, and performing general administrative duties.

About the Role

">

This role requires a proficient knowledge of cash management and other deposit products and services, including ACH, remote deposit capture, ICS Sweep, CDARs, Positive Pay, and electronic banking products. You will provide exceptional customer experience through onsite and virtual setup and training on new products, as well as ongoing support via phone or in person.

Responsibilities

">
  • Promote electronic banking products to new and existing customers, cross-selling a variety of banking products and services as appropriate.
  • Serve as the main resource to support existing cash management relationships through product demonstrations, account setup, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of available products, services, procedures, and systems.
  • Work with Cash Management Manager, Market Managers, Commercial Lending staff, and others to identify opportunities for cash management and electronic banking products & services and participate in joint sales calls.
  • Assist the Cash Management Manager in growing and servicing the Bank's municipal deposit relationships.
  • Approve temporary limit increases for ACH and Remote Deposit Capture as needed.
  • Conduct Annual Certifications for Remote Deposit Capture and Annual Rules Update for ACH customers.
  • Ensure that ACH and Remote Deposit Capture customers are appropriately Risk Rated and corresponding requirements are adhered to.
  • Contribute to the Bank's deposit growth strategies and goals.
  • Provide training as needed on new products and services.
  • Stay informed of changes associated with ACH Rules and other factors affecting the products and services provided by Cash Management and the Digital Banking Department.
  • Maintain responsibility for the operational duties necessary for processing ACH submitted by the bank and our commercial originators as well as the processing of files we receive from elsewhere.
  • Leverage COIs to uncover new opportunities.
  • Make recommendations to Digital Banking Manager for enhancements and/or improvements to the Bank's deposit and electronic banking products.
  • Provide regular reporting to management of progress made in promoting the Bank's products and services.
  • Respond to customers' needs quickly and appropriately in order to serve existing and prospective clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Active involvement in community events and organizations in order to promote the Bank and its products and services.
  • Set a positive example and promote and enhance the Bank's corporate culture.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

">
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in cash management or electronic banking.
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills with proven ability to problem solve.
  • The ability to work well with others, including Market Managers, Commercial Lending, and operational department staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
