Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Propane Delivery Professional to join our team at P Gagnon and Son, Inc. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for safely transporting propane to residential, commercial, and industrial locations.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Responsibilities
  • Safely transport propane to residential, commercial, and industrial locations
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle
  • Loading and unloading propane cylinders and tanks using proper lifting and safety techniques
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure the safe handling and delivery of propane
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and customer transactions
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and schedules
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1-3 years of job-related experience (preferred)
  • Positive attitude, safe mindset, and great communications/customer skills
  • CDL-Class A or B (Hazmat/Tanker) endorsements (must attain within 90 days of hire)
  • Physically able to lift and pull up to 60 pounds, in all weather conditions
  • Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by our insurance carrier
