Healthcare Support Professional

As a Healthcare Support Professional at Capital Orthopaedics and Sport, you will play a vital role in patient movement coordination. This includes communicating with patients via telephone and in-person, rooming, obtaining information, and providing direct assistance to physicians.
The successful candidate will act as an ambassador on behalf of the company, interacting with customers, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to physicians and lead assistants
- Obtain patient history and chief complaints
- Assist with exam rooms and prepare patients for procedures
- Document and supply physician orders
- Conduct pre- and post-operative care
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
