Customer Care Representative

LaSalle Network is seeking a skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team in the Landover, MD area. As a key member of our client's support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information to resolve issues.
  • Process orders, resolve billing issues, and adjust customer accounts as needed.
  • Research and resolve customer complaints, maintaining detailed documentation and record keeping.
  • Identify and escalate unresolved customer issues to management for further investigation.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm changes have been made.
Requirements:
  • One year of experience working with customers in a phone-based role.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Proven customer service experience, including active listening, customer focus, and professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate, and contribute to a positive culture.
  • Critical thinking skills and decision-making ability.
