At Interdent Sa, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they walk in the door.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Follow established opening and closing procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Greet patients and visitors, handle incoming calls, and perform general clerical tasks with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinate patient flow through effective communication with our dental team and other staff members.
- Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork, setting up accounts, and making charts for new patients.
- Manage our daily schedule, make appointments, and edit as necessary to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by our management team.
**Requirements:**
- Front office experience is required, with dental front office experience being a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Computer literacy is a must, with QSI experience being a valuable asset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is crucial.
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred, but not required.
