We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Merchandising Analyst to join our Fresh Category team. As a key member of our Merchandising department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of new item setup paperwork, managing the new item setup process, and providing project management support for critical Merchandising planning processes.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Perform varied administrative duties for the Fresh Category team, including managing paperwork accuracy and providing timely entry into all systems.
- New Item Setup: Input new data into forms and work with the Master Data team to facilitate new item setup and any needed product Master Data changes.
- Product Data Management: Ensure accuracy of online product descriptions and nutritional information for products within the assigned area of focus.
- Cross-Functional Projects: Support cross-functional projects such as holiday planning, eCommerce content planning, and other Merchandising initiatives as needed.
- Data Correction: Correct inaccurate data and maintain documentation of action or communication related to correction.
- Category Support: Support Category Managers with new product sourcing and development projects as needed.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Analytical Skills: Analytically-minded with strong organizational skills.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and exceptional follow-through.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel.
- Industry Experience: 1-2 years' experience in Grocery Retail, eCommerce, or related industry.
