Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Protein Sales Manager to join our team at Allen Brothers 1893, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in our protein business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans and promotions.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and provide coaching and feedback to sales associates to improve performance.
  • Manage sales budgets and expenses to ensure alignment with company financial goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the meat or protein industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, including industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
