Key Responsibilities- Coordinate visitation services for children and their families, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for them to build and maintain relationships.
- Provide transportation for children to and from scheduled visits, utilizing trauma-informed and culturally competent practices.
- Deliver services utilizing evidence-based practices and policies that provide the best possible outcome for children and families.
- Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work or child development.
- Experience working with children in a care-giving role, preferably in a supervised visitation setting.
- Valid driver's license, current registration, and proof of insurance on vehicle being used.
- Ability to lift children and car seats, and meet local standards for children under four years of age or under 40 pounds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality services to families.
