Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage contracts throughout the home selling and buying process. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure a smooth and successful sale. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized and has superb customer service skills to make customers feel at ease.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
  • Supervise all administrative duties for the home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
  • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Review all documentation to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, ensuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules
  • Review all documentation to confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly
  • Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities
  • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans

Qualifications

  • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
  • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
  • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
  • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
  • Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing
