Job Overview


The Fleet Management Operations Analyst will be an integral part of the Logistics team within the Supply Chain Operations, overseeing a substantial fleet of over 1,000 units and managing an expenditure of approximately $100 Million across Domino's Supply Chain Centers in North America.

This role requires collaboration across various departments within the Domino's World Resource Center (WRC) and field operations.

The Analyst will work closely with the Continuous Improvement team, the Environment & Sustainability Group (ESG), Supply Chain Directors, and field personnel.

This position serves as the primary liaison for current and prospective suppliers, ensuring adherence to established performance metrics.

Key responsibilities include identifying operational challenges, supervising preventive maintenance, managing equipment acquisitions, and consistently driving operational enhancements for Domino's.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Enhancements: Develop and implement operational standards through strategic fleet and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) planning.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve practical issues related to transportation.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Partner with fleet suppliers to address equipment and maintenance challenges.
  • Support Management: Oversee support activities, set milestones, and establish tracking mechanisms.
  • Documentation Analysis: Review and interpret safety regulations, operational guidelines, and maintenance manuals to enhance consistency across North American Supply Chain Centers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present findings and analyses to diverse stakeholders, including executive and operational leadership, utilizing effective communication strategies.
  • Cost Management: Identify and monitor actual cost savings or cost avoidance initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Investigate data variances to uncover root causes of transportation-related issues.
  • Best Practices Advisory: Collaborate with centers and vendors to provide insights on industry best practices.
  • Transportation Evaluation: Assess various transportation methods to determine the most cost-effective delivery solutions.
  • KPI Management: Oversee fleet vendor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Fleet Optimization: Lead initiatives to enhance electric vehicle (EV) usage and achieve Domino's ESG targets.
  • Project Support: Actively collaborate with Supply Chain teams on various projects and initiatives.
  • Implementation Leadership: Lead fleet and MHE implementation for new Supply Chain Centers.
  • SWOT Analysis: Conduct SWOT analyses to develop the Transportation Business Continuity Plan, ensuring consistency throughout the Supply Chain.
  • Data Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain data to incorporate new factors.
  • Safety Initiatives: Drive fleet specification initiatives aimed at enhancing driver safety, maximizing uptime, and reducing operational costs.
  • Business Relationship Management: Manage relationships within existing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Supply Chain IT.
  • IT Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain IT to support tasks related to WMS, Solochain, SAP, and TMS.
  • Access Reviews: Conduct quarterly reviews of WMS/TMS product traceability applications.
  • Invoice Processing: Collaborate with leadership and Finance to manage WMS, TMS, and Fleet Equipment invoice processing.
