Position Overview

As a Line Cook at Stone Brewing, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations. Your primary responsibilities will include the precise and efficient preparation of various food items, including meats, fish, and vegetables, as well as ensuring the quality and presentation of each dish served.

Key Responsibilities

  • Crafting dishes from our diverse menu with an emphasis on fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
  • Understanding and adhering to our established portion sizes, cooking techniques, and quality standards.
  • Monitoring inventory levels at cooking stations to facilitate a seamless service experience.
  • Upholding all safety and sanitation protocols in accordance with industry standards.
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance kitchen processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Possession of a current San Diego County Food Handlers card.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
