Job Summary:

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a skilled System Specialist to manage, maintain, develop, and deploy the Company's contract management system (CMS).

Key Responsibilities:

Administer the CMS and communicate with the CMS vendor. Coordinate with other CMS users on user licenses and permissions and customer, vendor, and other data masters. Understand the software's organizational, user, and security group settings and permissions. Attend on-line training. Create reports tracking key performance metrics.

Implement additional CMS items, functions, and features, as requested by GC. Assist with creating and maintaining training materials. Create new contract types, including some in languages other than English, and work with business units on tailoring to track requested data. Create new contract type rules, templates, and clauses in the CMS. Coordinate with business units on revisions to existing contract types.

Meet regularly with system users and business units to understand needs. Support users and advise on system utilization, providing semi-technical guidance. Work with designated IT support personnel to identify and implement needed technical adjustments. Provide appropriate user training.

Work with other CMS users and business units to handle any questions or concerns and coordinate with the CMS vendor to resolve issues. Coordinate scheduled downtimes for system improvements. Notify business users of any changes to CMS.

Requirements:

2-4 years' related experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Associate or bachelor's degree in business-related area. Knowledge and experience with contract-management software programs, commercial contracts, or relational database structures, including set up and hierarchy. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other team members and influence business users to change behavior. Good attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
