Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new kanban systems to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and inventory management.
  • Conduct cycle count inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strict records of inventory levels and stock rotation procedures.
  • Provide lean manufacturing support to improve manufacturing and office processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in materials management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience in lean manufacturing environments that utilize pull systems and/or kanbans.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Baan, and Mapper.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
