As one of the world's largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new kanban systems to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and inventory management.
- Conduct cycle count inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
- Monitor and analyze inventory trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strict records of inventory levels and stock rotation procedures.
- Provide lean manufacturing support to improve manufacturing and office processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in materials management in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in lean manufacturing environments that utilize pull systems and/or kanbans.
- Proficiency in Excel, Baan, and Mapper.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
